Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you must cancel your event, we will honor a date change, given our availability. If we are available, we will warrant the date change. Please contact us as soon as possible since we begin working on our garlands and decor when the order is placed. 

ORDERS PLACED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 5 DAYS CANNOT BE CANCELED AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

Installations may be moved to another date (upon availability) due to inclement weather. Our priority is your satisfaction, your safety and ours. We reserve the right to postpone our installations due to severe inclement weather.
